1. About Bolobol
Bolobol is a free football score-prediction app. Users predict match scores, join public or private tournaments, and compete on leaderboards based on prediction accuracy. Bolobol is not a betting, gambling, or real-money gaming service. There are no stakes, odds, deposits, wallets, cashouts, or monetary prizes.
2. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Bolobol (the “App”) or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or website.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the App Store or Google Play under the rules of your country and those stores. You are responsible for complying with local laws when using Bolobol.
4. No betting or gambling
Bolobol does not accept bets, process payments for wagers, or award real-money rewards. Tournament rankings reflect prediction skill only. Any misuse of the App to facilitate gambling is prohibited.
5. Accounts and conduct
You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not harass other users, cheat, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
Bolobol, its branding, design, and software are owned by Bolobol or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer
The App and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Match data and standings may be delayed or incorrect. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page.
